We had a delicious and comprehensive breakfast meal with prosecco and orange juice, as example at the restaurant. The location was stunning, right on the market, it's a plus.

Liked the hotel, it is high-class and exceptionally clean, has absolutely fabulous and incredibly comfortable location to wait a while for breakfast in the ajoining restaurant.

Absolutely perfect location - a couple of blocks away from Lost Souls Alley Amusement Center. Especially helpful staff interactions. Free and warm breakfasts with fresh fruit, orange juice, cheese.

The breakfast is amazing, available with pastries, prosecco and fresh fruit.

Views are not so nice.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed being there, it's incredibly beautiful and enchanting hotel. I ate in the restaurant and the food was outstanding!

All of the staff were especially helpful. Everything was second to none, the room was spacious well appointed with free soft drinks and thé most comfortable beds, for instance.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

The room was stunning, and we had a picturesque view of the courtyard. It was top-notch with a completely complimentary mini-bar, coffee, and a safe box.

Breakfast was warm, pleasant views, fantastic location not far from bars, restaurants, food stalls and shops as well as the market place, Church and other beautiful buildings of interest. Amicable folks at reception desk. 

Spacious well appointed room and ultra modern bathroom with a jacuzzi and a great shower.

Perfect and spotless place to stay in, it has pretty friendly staff at reception desk. You can relax in restaurants and bars nearby. Every visit to Krakow we like to stay here.

The location excellent and fantastic easy to use to-and-from the Airport. The rooms with ice and a big bathroom, for example...

I have stayed in the suite with extremely comfortable beds. There is an electric kettle, fridges, and glassware.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Betmanowska Main Square Residence Adults Only. The airport pick up service was reliable and the spacious car was driven carefully. My room had a Jacuzzi and a free mini bar,
